Apply to Register to Vote

To register to vote you, must fill out a Voter Registration Application Form. Voter Registration Applications are available at our office, the Division of Elections, driver's license offices, state agencies that provide public assistance, libraries and many other public locations.

A form may also be completed online. THE FLORIDA VOTER REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM REQUIRES AN ORIGINAL SIGNATURE. The completed online form must be printed out, signed, and mailed or brought to one of our three offices. Your application will be processed by our office upon receipt, and a voter registration card will be mailed to you.

Change of Address - A Voter may notify the Supervisor of Election (S.O.E.) of a change of address by telephone or email for a move within the county.  The voter must provide his or her name, date of birth, and old and new address in the notification.

For address changes outside of the county, a new Voter Registration Application must be completed, signed and mailed or brought to one of our three offices.
