Voter Registration Specialist
Punta Gorda Office

Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Stephanie’s family migrated to sunny Punta Gorda in the summer of 2004. Stephanie graduated from Charlotte High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management from Florida Southwestern State College in May of 2016.  After earning her Bachelor’s Degree, Stephanie has furthered her education by completing a handwriting analysis certification, 2015 Politics and Government course, and is also a Master Florida Certified Election Professional (MFCEP) through the Florida State Association of Supervisor of Elections.

Stephanie started as a poll worker at the age of 16 working the iVotronic machine. She later began working at the main office during the 2014 election where her years of customer service as a manager allowed her to answer phone calls, register voters, or answer any other questions a voter may have when they are welcomed at the front desk. After a successful election, Stephanie became a permanent employee in 2015 and is now the assistant for the Voter Registration Department. Stephanie can be found at the front desk but can be found helping with the Senior Outreach and Vote in Honor of a Vet programs,  as well as educating our students during our high school outreach programs, and the Great American Comeback tour. Outside of the elections office, you can find Stephanie working part time at Harpoon Harry’s Restaurants, spending time with friends and family, volunteering or soaking up the sun at the beach.
